A new addition to the the HeartFelt Silks line of Felting tools for wet felting — the Sculptural Felting Tools, exclusively from HeartFelt Silks. These unique wet felting tools have very sharp points and ridges on the blades. Ideal for small areas that have tight corners, and for fine and small detailed felting manipulation, as well as for working on lifting creases and pleats.
Designed, developed, and hand-crafted in Stillwater, Minnesota, the wood Palm Washboard tools from HeartFelt Silks greatly simplify the final steps of wet felting. This allows fiber art enthusiasts to focus on creativity, as the tedium of hand rolling has been entirely removed from the process.
Using our tools you can combine elements of needle felting, nuno felting and wet felting. The process is easy to learn and will help you design your accessories like a pro.
All tools are made of native hard woods, turned on a lathe, and finished with three coats of epoxy finish.
You will receive one blade and it will be one of the wood choices from the photos.
This tool uses some of the following woods: Cherry, Butternut, Maple, Black Walnut, Red Cedar.
